My Cinnamon buns/Roll Recipe … You’re welcome

I like to cook with upbeat music… makes it more fun and this takes about 2 or so hours, enjoy
First: Mix together
1/2 c milk
1/2 c water
1/2 stick butter
Warm in microwave until butter is melted

Mix in “preferably use a kitchen aid mixer with the dough attachment but I use a regular bowl and knead the dough because I can’t afford a super awesome mixer”  hooray for broke college student …    :/
1 1/2 c flour
1/4 c sugar
1 tbsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 c flour
Add flour till correct consistency: the dough won’t quite stick to your fingers  anymore
let dough sit for two hours so it rises… I’m impatient so sometimes i don’t let it sit for so long, or you can leave it overnight in the fridge… if you choose the second option let the dough sit and warm for an hour after taking it out of the fridge

Roll into pan size and evenly spread …  your fingers will get sticky… get over it
1/4 c butter melted
1/2 c brown sugar or more … 
Cinnamon to your liking… I like a lot
Roll tightly and cut into preferred sizes … I use floss to cut the roll ” put floss under then use first step of shoe tying to cut” 

Pam the pan

Let rise for about 5 min then throw into oven at 350 for about 18 min

Icing 

Mix together
4 c powdered sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vannilia
2-3 milk

Or cream cheese Icing works well too

Icing to taste … or dump the whole thing on … that works too … or leave in the bowl and just dunk the rolls in… its your choice

and presto you get super tasty cinnamon rolls/buns
