Coffee Cake Recipe: New Blog Post!

Although I crisped the topping a bit too much and had broiler problems, it was delicious, and even my coffee-cake-connoisseur mother loved it.

edgeofoctarine: Ah the Internet… Now a craving for chocolate cake/brownie becomes actual chocolate reality in about 3 minutes. 2 tbs water + 2 tbs oil or butter + dash salt + splash (or more) vanilla + 2 tbs cocoa + 2-4 tbs sugar + 4 tbs flour + bits of chocolate (not required, but recommended) + 70 seconds in the microwave = delicious, rich, brownie-like substance.  Mmmmm… so many recipes...
