peegaw: Make this with a sack of frozen chips if you feel like you can’t handle the task of chopping up potatoes. If you’re not inebriated, I’d recommend swapping half or the entire amount of frozen potatoes with sweet potatoes, toss it with a bit of EVOO and baking it for a healthier take. HERBED FRIES:
